Do I need to sell my products on Gopuff in order to use Storefronts?
Yes, Storefronts Powered by Gopuff is only available to brands whose products are currently sold on the Gopuff consumer platform. Interested in selling your products on Gopuff? Please fill out the contact form on our website and someone from the Gopuff team will reach out to you.
How quickly can I set up a Storefront for my business?
Storefronts can be launched in as little as a week.
How does the integration work?
Gopuff creates a new Shopify instance and uploads your product catalog to the storefront. When customers land on your website, they are required to enter their delivery address before adding products to their cart. After a customer enters their delivery address into the address module, an API call is made to determine whether a user is within a Gopuff delivery zone. If yes, a separate call is made to display inventory availability at the Gopuff micro-fulfillment center servicing that customer’s delivery address. After a user checks out on your Shopify website, the order is routed to the nearest Gopuff MFC where it’s picked, packed, and delivered to the end customer.
How much does it cost to get started?
Pricing depends on many factors, starting with who the Merchant of Record is. If you’re operating as the Merchant of Record, then you collect cash from customers and pay Gopuff a flat logistics fee/order + the cost of the inventory + tips.
If Gopuff is operating as the Merchant of Record, you pay us a one-time activation fee upon launch + a monthly licensing fee. We offer 3 partnership plans that vary in price based on the scope of work, design services needed, and integration requirements. Contact Gopuff to learn more about pricing.
Does Gopuff offer customer support?
Yes - After a user checks out on your Shopify storefront, they receive a custom, automated text message from Gopuff containing a link to a live order tracking page. This page allows users to check the status of their order and chat with Gopuff’s customer support team.
Does Gopuff offer design support?
Yes - Gopuff offers design services to help you customize your storefront. Partners also have the ability to design their own storefront using the Shopify theme editor and pre-built customizations.
